About the role
We are seeking Rehabilitation Support Workers to assist clients during recovery and rehabilitation. You will support wellness, mobility, and daily living activities — helping clients regain independence after surgery, injury, or illness. Assignments include home‑based and facility‑based contracts ranging from 3 to 12 months.

Therapeutic exercise programs
Mobility device training
Daily living support & encouragement
Progress documentation & reporting
Collaboration with rehab team
What we're looking for
- ✓ Rehabilitation Assistant certificate or equivalent experience
- ✓ Current CPR/BLS certification
- ✓ Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector
- ✓ Knowledge of mobility devices and therapeutic exercises
- ✓ Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
