What training do I need?
We hire caregivers with a range of experience. If you have a caring personality, we can train you on specific caregiving skills. Specialized training for dementia, palliative care, and more is provided at no cost to you.
Are caregivers employees or contractors?
All of our caregivers are employees. This allows us to provide benefits, handle payroll, withhold taxes, and cover workers compensation insurance. You're protected, supported, and valued.
Do I need a car?
Owning a vehicle is not required, but a valid driver's license and clean driving record are needed to drive clients' cars for errands and appointments. Some roles may require your own vehicle.
What type of schedule can I expect?
Flexible schedules: full-time, part-time, live-in, or as-needed. You choose what works for you. We'll work with your availability, not against it.
